The Second Loona subunit Odd Eye Circle

Odd Eye Circle is a sub-unit of the K-pop group LOONA, made up of Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry. They debuted in 2017 with the mini album Mix & Match, led by the bright and punchy title track “Girl Front.” But Odd Eye Circle isn't just about the music—their whole concept is deeply tied to LOONA's larger story universe, known as the “LOONAVERSE,” which is packed with lore, symbolism, and alternate realities. In the LOONAVERSE, Odd Eye Circle represents the “middle world” between two realms: one rooted in reality and the other in dreams or fantasy. Each member has her own power—Kim Lip controls time, JinSoul controls space, and Choerry can move between dimensions. Their story is about breaking free from rules, defying fate, and discovering their own paths. The “odd eye” itself symbolizes a shift in perspective—seeing things differently, or waking up to a new truth. Their music videos are filled with hidden clues, mirrors, portals, and overlapping timelines. Fans love digging into the lore, finding connections between members, and piecing together the bigger picture. Odd Eye Circle blends strong vocals and sleek production with deep storytelling, making them one of the most fascinating parts of LOONA's universe.
