LOONA 1/3 is the first sub-unit of the K-pop group LOONA, made up of members HeeJin, HyunJin, HaSeul, and ViVi.
They debuted in 2017 with the mini album Love & Live, introducing fans to the softer, more sentimental side of the LOONA universe. Their music blends sweet,
melodic pop with dreamy, emotional undertones perfectly capturing the feelings of youth,
first love, and quiet longing.
Each member brings something special to the group: HeeJin's confidence, HyunJin's graceful energy, HaSeul's emotional depth,
and ViVi's gentle charm. Together, they create a sound that feels nostalgic yet fresh.
In LOONA's larger storyline, 1/3 represents the "earth" side of the universe grounded, heartfelt, and human. But even in their lightest moments, there are hints of something deeper.
Their music videos are filled with symbolism. like mirrors, trains, and distant glances that suggest they're part of something much bigger.
ViVi, in particular, seems slightly out of place, as if she doesn't quite belong to the same world, teasing the start of LOONA's deeper lore.
